How do I place an order?

Online - Use our secure and safe shopping cart.

For email orders, please include:

  • Your full name, company name, billing address and shipping address, email and phone number.
  • Item number and quantity you would like to order.

What form of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit Cards - We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept debit cards with a Master Card or Visa logo.

Checks & Money Orders - We accept checks or money orders made payable to Memory Joggers and mailed to this address:

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Your online orders on this site are secure. We use PayPal as our payment processor which is secure.

We will never sell or give your information to third parties.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, we accept orders from customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain. If you are outside these areas please contact us before placing your order. We are unable to ship to APO addresses.

Is my order subject to sales tax?

Only sales to California residents are subject to the current sales tax rate.

What about returns?
